New Pa-Kua Master in Sintonia Chinese Yoga

master_catherine_dsc_0198.jpgMaster Catherine finished her accelerated program in Sintonia (Chinese Yoga) and received her Black Belt in a Special Ceremony at Pa-Kua Huntington Beach. Attending the Ceremony was many of our Instructors who shared this very special moment.

 
Sunday Martial Arts Picnic in Central Park

huntington_beach_central_park_dsc_0011.jpgWe will be meeting this Sunday March 8th from 11:00am-12:00pm (possibly longer). There will be a 30 minute Martial Art Class which is free for everyone to attend. Feel free to bring chairs or a blanket. Please call or email if you have any questions.

Last Saturday was beautiful day in Huntington Beach Central Park. We had a huge interest in Pa-Kua from the park goers. The Martial Art class had the perfect environment to complement a wonderful class taught by Master Jason Landau. In Attendance: Master Diana, Master Conrad, Master Sally, Instructor Jerry, Sugar, Damon and Ron.

Sintonia Chinese Yoga Instructors Class
yoga_instructors_dsc_0209-group.jpgMaster Liz Filleti-Landau gave a wonderful class for the Sintonia Chinese Yoga Instructors of Huntington Beach this past Friday night at 7:00pm. They all had fun with this advanced but light hearted training. The Instructors liked the class so much, they asked to meet more often.
 
Pa-Kua in Sunrise Assisted Living
sunrise_assit_living_img_0629.jpgMaster Jason Landau began teaching Tai-Chi in the Sunrise Assisted Living Center in Huntington Beach on March 2nd. We now have a new "Most Experienced" Pa-Kua student. She is 104 years old and one of the best in the class. It goes to show anyone can practice Pa-Kua.
