Belt Ceremony this Friday

Pa-Kua Evaluation There will be a belt Ceremony this Friday in Pa-Kua Huntington Beach at 6:00pm. Everyone is invited to watch and support your school.

Partner Yoga Class

partner_yoga_dsc_0012.jpgOn Friday the 20th at 7:00pm will be having a partner yoga class. Will be teaching different exercises and positions to work with your partner. Remember that it is not how perfectly you execute a posture. Health comes with lightness and joy.

 

Axioms of Partner Yoga

The cost will be $30 per couple or two people . Class will be one hour. It’s necessary to pre-register.

 
Weapons Marathon!

Master Jason is going to be teaching a marathon of weapons courses and reviews. We are going to try to start next week and schedule one weapons course per day until we run out of weapons that we teach or 26.2 courses!

Your benefit by participating is first learning or reviewing a weapons course. Secondly, each course being taught will be 1 on 1 with Master Jason. That means you will get the most out of your course and have the flexibility of scheduling between 4:00am until 9:00pm Monday through Saturday.
