The Pa-Kua
Rhythm classes are a combination of Martial Art and Music. In these classes you
will burn calories at the same time you will learn Martial Art basics in a
non-structured but animated class. You will learn the fundamentals of how to
kick and punch, while enjoying great music with friends.
